Approach

Our approach is centred upon you, the client. In consultation with you, we determine what has to happen, we formulate a plan of approach and we determine the distribution of tasks. We can carry out full projects from beginning to end. However, we are just as delighted to provide you with advice, or to carry out parts of projects.

In every project, we focus upon three essential aspects: strategy & organisation, use of the correct means for the transfer of knowledge and use of the correct tools & systems. This is essential for results both in the short and long term.

Knowledge is always intended for people. Knowledge management can only be successful if those people can and want to use the knowledge available in a pratical manner. For that reason, we involve the target groups in the whole project. We like to have personal contact with your employees, clients, users and other parties concerned. We also like to see the work environment at first-hand and, if possible, to gain hands-on experience.

We consider collaboration with our customers a factor of the utmost importance. We therefore spend a great deal of time building long-lasting, fruitful collaborations.
