AuthorIT is a powerful, scalable, and easy to use software solution encompassing all of the functions needed to create, maintain, localize and publish documentation from reuseable content (topics, graphics etc).

Using AuthorIT, multiple persons are able to work on a document at the same time, with all of the content being stored and updated in a single, central database known as the "Library".

Because content is updated centrally, not using "cut and paste", any changes to critical corporate content (e.g. a legal notice, company overview or condition of sale) are reflected everywhere that content is used.

Documents are published directly to most common printable and online formats - including HTML, PDF, MS Word, Online Help, XML, and DITA - with formatting being applied automatically - and based on standard templates.
