The challenge

Trioliet is a market leader in cattle feeding technology, supplying feeding mixers and feeding systems worldwide through an extensive dealer network. Dealers, users, and employees need continuous access to up-to-date information for operating, installing, and maintaining the equipment. To support this, Trioliet replaced its outdated information environment with the Eluxis Content Delivery Portal (CDP).

Solution

Trioliet already had more than 300 existing manuals, service manuals, and installation instructions. These documents are offered in multiple languages in the CDP and made available to more than 600 dealers. Trioliet also uses the Eluxis IDS Component Content Management System to create and manage their information. From IDS, the most up-to-date content, including all relevant characteristics and all language versions, can be published directly to the CDP.

Dealers and users can log in to the CDP, and the information they can access depends on their permissions. All documentation in the CDP is organized and made available based on its characteristics. This enables dealers and users to quickly find the documents that are relevant to them and consult them in their preferred language.

Outcome

For users and dealers, this provides all up-to-date information quickly, easy searching and filtering based on characteristics (faceted search), and all language versions of the documentation within reach.
