Nedap wanted to streamline its documentation process and was looking for a new documentation system to do so.
Solution
Eluxis delivered a new documentation system based on IDS, Eluxis’s Component Content Management System. To ensure its proper implementation, we also managed an EMC (Enterprise Content Management) project. As part of this, we worked together to define the information landscape and information architecture: which users (customers, distributors, and internal employees) need what information, and how we can best organize it.
Outcome
Nedap is successfully developing its documentation with IDS. This process is much more efficient and faster, resulting in cost savings. By jointly developing the information landscape and information architecture, all Nedap employees involved share a common understanding of the documentation’s purpose and structure. This fosters motivation and ensures effective collaboration.
