Solution
Eluxis delivered a new documentation system to Priva based on our IDS. Priva uses this system to create its product documentation. Information is translated in a highly detailed manner. Glossaries, software texts, and variables in the various languages are managed centrally and can be used by all R&D and documentation departments as well as translation agencies.
Outcome
Priva has an efficient documentation process. Significant savings have been achieved, particularly in translation costs. Priva saves approximately 80% of the time spent on translations and 20% on translation costs.
