Air traffic controllers at Air Traffic Control Netherlands (LVNL) require accurate, up-to-date instructions and training materials for their work. LVNL wanted a documentation system to effectively develop and maintain this critical information.
Solution
Together with LVNL, Eluxis developed an innovative documentation system based on Eluxis' IDS system. This system precisely meets LVNL's specific requirements, such as the ability to work ahead and carry forward changes, publish every four weeks in accordance with the AIRAC schedule, publish to a portal, and integrate with training materials.
Outcome
A reliable documentation system that fits perfectly with daily practice. This has significantly reduced the error sensitivity of the documentation process. LVNL is also able to track changes in the system – from assignment to publication. Publishing is literally a matter of pressing a button. This saves approximately 15% on documentation costs.
